The Importance of Christmas
We believe that Christmastime creates core memories for children: the love of family, the spirit of giving, the sense of wonder that Santa brings, and the belief that anything is possible. To believe in Santa is to believe that the world is a place of kindness and goodness and generosity, a place of wonder and adventure and endless potential. These foundational beliefs are a north star, a beacon that helps us find our way and always remember what’s truly important in life.
And yet so many children’s only exposure to “Santa” is at a shopping mall or photography studio, where they’re posed and told to smile and asked what presents they want. Christmas is so much more than that!
At Santa’s Cabin, we strive to capture the true spirit of Christmas. Santa will welcome you into his home, where he’ll tell stories, ask questions, play games, and let your children know he cares for them, believes in them, and is proud of all the wonderful things they’ve been doing—core memories they’ll carry with them for the rest of their lives.

What’s in Santa’s Cabin?
The cabin is Santa’s home away from home, a standalone, one-room cabin bursting with Christmas spirit. It’s one of the many checkpoints around the world where Santa stops to rest and feed his reindeer during his flight on Christmas Eve. As such, it’s furnished with a toy workshop, a map of the world, reindeer bells, a train and model Christmas village to remind Santa of home, an antique phone line straight to the North Pole, a vintage typewriter to tell the elves what toys to build, and of course, a Christmas tree, fireplace, and cozy red chair.
Each nook and corner of Santa’s Cabin is imbued with story, so no two visits are exactly alike. Ask Santa about the painting above his fireplace, and he’ll tell you about the very first Christmas Eve when he, as a small boy, met two baby reindeer named Donner and Blitzen. Ask Santa about the elves, and he’ll tell you about the mischief they’ve been making, and he’ll enlist your children to keep a close eye on them and report back promptly about any silly elf mischief they see.
Best of all, when you book a Classic or Deluxe experience, you’ll take a piece of Santa’s Cabin home with you. Hidden somewhere within the cabin is a very special item Santa will allow your children to keep so that they can remember their visit forever.
